MUTCD Sign Retroreflectivity Requirements

It introduced language establishing minimum retroreflectivity levels that must be maintained for traffic signs. Another revision of the document in 2009 made some modifications to the requirements. By June 2014, all agencies must have implemented a sign assessment and management program.
