Shipping Instructions

1.Please wait for confirmation and a quote from us before sending your equipment. If you have not received a response from us within 2 business days, please contact us directly via email or telephone as shown above.
2.For most standard service and simple repairs, you can expect us to have your equipment between 2 and 4 weeks after we have received authorization to perform the service. Expedited service is available for a nominal additional cost. Warranties are always given expedited service at no charge.
3.Your order will not be processed until we have received authorization for the quoted price. Standard service prices are as follows:

* Evaluation fee does not apply to equipment in good working order that has been serviced in the last 24 months. Otherwise the evaluation fee applies.
Additional charges may be quoted once we receive and evaluate your equipment. We will not perform additional repairs until we receive authorization from you.
If you do not see your equipment listed, we will quote it when we respond to your request.
4.Please print out the Service Request RMA form that was emailed to you and a copy of the quotation received and put it inside the equipment case
5.IMPORTANT: Write the Service Request RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your equipment
